Our Mission
The Interact Club is an organization focused on promoting active community service and fostering international understanding. Each club is sponsored by a nearby Rotary Club. Interact can be found on high school campuses all over the world. Membership is open to anyone interested, and we encourage everyone to join.
Interact is short for International Action. Our goals are to provide service to our community and to foster international understanding among students and the world community. Today there are more than 100,000 Interactors in more than 4,500 Interact clubs in 86 countries around the world!
Each year we are required to carry out at least one community service project and one project to further international understanding. Our big project this year is called Heifer Project International. Heifer International's mission is to end hunger and poverty using smart and empowering methods that attack the root of the poverty problem.
